Subsequent to my last conversation with the estate agents about viewing the house AND then having the holding and security deposit (tor’s of around £250) the house is back up on rightmove marked as available now.
Can they do this by law? I’m furious. Suppose to be viewing again tomorrow but don’t know if they will dare show their faces!
Asked for a call back from the manager which should be at some point tomorrow, not holding my breath tbh. I have found the ceo on google should I complain direct to him?
Can any one advise me before I start sending emails out willy nilly making a tit of my self?
