Those bloody tescos vouchers...spend £30 and get £3 off. My weekly shop in Lidl is lesss than that. I never spend £30 in tescos as id get less for my cash. I only go in for odds and ends.
Or get 25% off if you spend 60 quid in New Look. Agggrrr...i only want a vest top and jeans.

It's like the loyalty cards. You get so many points per £1 but when you go to spend them they're only worth 1p or less.

I used to think this about Boots, I would sooner just use Wilkos.

The Boots ones always go in the bin. I rarely buy anything in there but I make a small make up purchase and get a voucher for money off if I spend £40.

I get most toiletries from Savers which is cheap as chips. Just have to dodge the hard sell at the till.

I get £8 off £40 vouchers from waitrose and have never managed to spend less than £70 trying to ensure I’ve reached £40

But for the people who do spend more than £30? Great idea. Incentives will always suit one person more than another. I have no interest in a free cup of coffee from McDonald's after I buy 6 because I never buy the stuff, but some people will buy regularly so get the benefit.
