It means your post is so ridiculous I don't have anything to say.

CherrySocks · 26/08/2019 23:48

No comment: Biscuit

FeeFee832 · 26/08/2019 23:49

It’s a biscuit! I always read it as a very sarcastic “gosh how awful have a biscuit I don’t know how you coped”

FeeFee832 · 26/08/2019 23:51

Oh lol... thank you @user1473878824

It's a biscuit like a jammy dodger.

It could be "You really take the biscuit" although I think it is more "This is ridiculous, have a jammy dodger to shut you up".

I don't think the Pom Bear gets used enough whilst we're on the subject of Mumsnet emojis Bear

It originates from years ago when Gordon Brown was on MN and refused to answer the question "whats your favourite biscuit".

He made a complete fool of himself over a flaming biscuit!

I always see it as reaching for the biscuits because you know it’s going to be an ridiculous thread. A bit like all the popcorn gifs in the comments section on an outrageous Facebook post.
