A person I work with regularly takes credit for things they have been heavily supported with or for things people have had ideas about but this person gets in 1st with the idea making it our to be their own.
They came to me today with an idea which was a good one so i credited them with it when I cascaded the idea to my work group. Turns out it was never their idea.
WIBU telling their manager this? It was done in the heat of "not again!" But I'm now a little worried I was a bit quick to send feedback!
