My statement is saying that I’m due a statement today (25th) but it’s not showing yet? Anyone else? I’m panicking??? Just to be clear my statement isn’t showing for this month but is saying it should be. Can anyone advise? Is anyone the same? Could you check please? Single mother panicking. Thank you xx

Apparently if often happens that’s they’re delayed on a weekend, particularly if you have something like childcare costs that have to be added by a staff member.

My statements are always late! At least a day or two sometimes I write in the journal asking for an update and that seems to push it through,

Yep will most likely be bh. Your statement should appear on Tuesday
Check the 'to do list' section in case you have something to read or input. If that's empty hang on till Tuesday and try not to panic
