Do any of your babies who are on routines nap less than they are supposed to? My little one was doing pretty well for a few weeks with 45mins- 1 hour in the morning, 1.5-2 hours in the afternoon and 30-40 mins in the evening. Now he’s four months it’s more like 30 mins in the morning, 30-50 mins afternoon and 0-20 mins in the evening. I’m finding it pretty stressful but wonder if I should just accept it as it is. He does a solid 11-12 hours at night.

What do you mean with "supposed to"? There is no lenght of time a baby is "supposed" to sleep. Each child is different and unless he is very cranky and you feel he gets too little sleep, his naps are just fine.

They constantly change OP. There's no sticking to anything when they're this small....or in fact when they're older! Because they're developing so quickly, their needs can shift day to day. Naps are naps...let him wake naturally and accept it.
