In the light of the recent story on the BBC website

I would hope that many of us on here will be going elsewhere for a coffee until Costa actually do something about it (other than say they are 'investigating'). If we know that a store are treating their employees like shit, then we're totally complicit if we still go in and give them our money regardless.
I'm sure there will be someone who tells us that lots of companies are just the same and if we boycott Costa we should stop buying from anywhere, but that's just mealy-mouthed bullshit isn't it - we know about this one so to ignore it is to give it our approval.
Let's face it, the government will do the square root of fuck all about this so it's down to us.
