OWN INSULIN THE UK AND NOT HAVE TO GET IT FROM GERMANY ETC?

If you want it made in the UK, it is going to cost a lot more. How do you want that funded? By the NHS or the end recipient? A US style system where only the wealthy can afford to stay alive?

Yes because there is so much money floating around to make specialist labs Hmm.
No reason why not, op, but it's not going to get sorted by 31 October and the economy will be tanked by no Deal so setting up an expensive specialised lab or two isn't going to be high priority.
For. Fuck's. Sake.

The carbon footprint of building a new lab probably is quite significant.
