For help finding a thread?

I’ve been searching and searching the site (all different topics, search function etc) but I’m not 100% sure what it’s called

I’ve seen it mentioned about a year ago on another thread and I need the people on there’s advice

It’s a postpartum health thread to do with severe pelvic floor issues and some of the lovely side effects and I’m not just talking about urinary incontinence...

Please someone point me in the right direction with a link (I’m not sure my search function works properly as I get really old posts when I search)

I desperately need their advice

This probably isn't the right one as it's from 2013 but it does have loads of advice on there.

Hope you find what you're looking for! Smile

OP, go to your GP and ask to be refered to the incontinence clinic.

I've just been signed off by them and my problems are nearly solved. I'm post Menopausal, three V Births and miscarriages.

You can also pay privately for physio.

It's important to get a tailor made plan for your issues and the current strength of your PF

@ponoka7 I’ve tried speaking to them but they’re useless so I’m investigating private options

I more wanted to find the thread as I’m expecting my second child and unsure if an elective c section would be best so wondered what other people’s experiences were with this vs a normal delivery when these issues already exist. I’m terrified of making this worse but also have a fairly young toddler to consider also
