Arm coverage in summer

Can anyone help please? My DM takes steroids which make her skin fragile.

She has lots of bumps and cuts and grazes on her arms and doesn't like getting them out, but doesn't want to be too hot in summer.

Has anyone got any advice for what she could wear as she can't find anything to hide her arms which isn't too warm?

Thank you in advance.

Something lose and light like a kimono type thing maybe. I also like those tops that are a non buttoned up sort of blouse called a 'popover top' which are cool in summer.

a white kaftan style long sleeved or 3/4 length arm top

Thanks for the suggestions - anyone else got some kind of magic remedy?

Mesh. I bought two full sleeve mesh tops (stick it in a search box on eBay in her size).

I think keeping the skin moisturised is key too and out of the sun. Child’s Farm moisturiser is brilliant, very gentle.

Also, possibly bolero style tops? Short on body so not too warm.

Thank you!
