I'm in the UK and heard 'Maccas' although round here it's 'Mackie Ds'.

Domino’s is a huge no no for me, other people swear by them but my local one must be shit as it is incredibly expensive for a crap pizza.

But, back to the question, I'd go Maccas. 2 fillet O fish and an apple pie.

I'd always go for Mcds and in your shoes it would be a Double Cheeseburger thingy with fries and a shake. (reality for me though is Mcchicken sandwich and a diet coke at a miserable 400 calories).
