6 Weeks miscarriage

Hi all,

Around 4 weeks ago I found out I miscarried at 6 weeks. I have had a weekly blood test since then to check my HCG levels are back to negative.
They are still at 29!

Has anyone experienced hormone levels taking over a month to go back to a negative ?.

I’m already dreading going back again to the hospital.

Is it possible you were maybe pregnant with twins and only miscarried one fetus?

It took about six weeks for my hormone levels to return to zero, as far as I remember. On another occasion I did in fact have retained products and needed an ERPC after many, many scans. Fingers crossed it's the first scenario for you - I'm sorry for your loss, I hope you're OK.

Mine too just as long to return to 0 but did eventually.

Took about six weeks for me. Very frustrating when all you want to do is start trying again. Sorry for your loss OP

Thanks so much for the reassurance guys. I’ve not started to bleed again as of today so I’m praying it’s zero next week.

@SideEyeing it’s the first time for me , I’m very nervous about it happening again. Hope your ok after your ERPC
