I think I've watched every episode, just watching tonight on catch up and realised Elizabeth's daughter hasn't been mentioned for a long time, what happened to her?

Elizabeth was worried what Raymond would do if he found out she was looking into him because she didn’t really know who he was so she sent her daughter to live with Toms mother.

They write her out for the whole seaon after she's born. She goes to live with Tom's mum I think, then they re-introduce her in the final episode of the last season that aired. I'm guessing the daughter storyline was just an add on because the actress who plays Elizabeth was pregnant in real life.
