my daughter (who is 8) has been suffering from separation anxiety disorder and trauma since her dad moved to Yorkshire from Scotland not long ago and she says how she wants to die and going through a rough time. I have been taking her to the doctors to get her help. anyway he is asking for access or will take it through the courts. she says she doesn't want to go down there without me and doesn't like her nana either. if it goes through the court does anyone kno what is likely to happen? im terrified they are going to make her go and she doesn't want to.
