How much is too much?

How much alcohol per week is too much? Or on a daily basis for some / how much is too much?

Interested to know what drinking excessively looks like to some? Is 2 glasses of wine a night and 2 bottles of wine over a Friday and the weekend a lot?

Drinking every night is not a good idea.

Nor is drinking over the NHS guidelines e of 14 units a week.
