Every. Fucking.Time. I am no contact with parents (as they are and were extremely abusive), but she relies on them for childcare. I live elsewhere. She is rude to me.

I feel so upset once I have tried to speak to her. What do I do? I feel almost damaged, it's horrible.

Yes she's rude. Is she avoiding talking to you? Is she stuck on n the middle between you and NC parents?

BillieEilish · 12/08/2019 21:19

MrsKitty I think she might be caught in the middle, while pretending we have nice middle class parents.

They are not and she is not.

Thank you for replying.

Stop phoning her, and wait for her to phone you. She may not do so but don't give in. Just wait.

MrsKittyFane1 · 12/08/2019 21:23

I agree. Stop phoning. It's hurting you.

BillieEilish · 12/08/2019 21:23

Thank you Leeds she is so 'dismissive of me and my life. I am certainly not phoning again.

Kitty thank you, I think it's what I already knew really. I was just so happy to talk to my sister,

I suppose I will stop
(She will tell me what she wants me to hear and then literally hang up!)

Yes, calling her is more harmful to you than not calling her.

You don't have to think about it being forever, just that you're not calling this week. Or next Grin

BillieEilish · 12/08/2019 21:39

Hollow thanks, best advice ever

I don't want to stop talking to her at all, she is just nasty to me.

You want her to be someone she really isn't. That's the problem. It's very hard to accept that in someone, isn't it?

Thanks Hollow !
