I follow a few fitness accounts as that is what I like doing. Nothing really annoys me from these accounts apart from the ones who are lifting really heavy weights while pregnant! I mean swinging kettle bells around near the stomach and today I just saw a woman lifting 100kg of weight doing hip thrusts. I know it's not on top of her belly but it's just below and I was thinking why are you doing this?? Like look at me I'm pregnant and I can still lift super heavy! AIBU that it's only on Instagram you see this type of stuff? I don't think I've ever seen it at the gyms I've been to over the years.
