Wet weather family film ideas

We are off to Devon on Sunday and the weather looks pants. It’s lovely there, lots great eating out places and good weather activities, not so much in bad weather (pool and cinema). The cottage has no WiFi so it’s great to have no iPads with us. There’s board games and colouring etc.

AIBU to look forward to reading a few books and line up lots of dvds for the kids?

Any dvd recommendations for family film night?

The Jumanji remake with Dwayne Johnson was quite good fun. The Indiana Jones films are enjoyable for all, Pixar films usually have enough "hidden" comedy to keep adults amused... Then there's Star Wars / Star Trek / super hero films (DC / MCU) depending on how old the kids are.
