Friend wanted to meet up this afternoon so I sent a text last night saying if any problems, let me know.
No reply but didn't really need one.
I texted about an hour ago just to check all was okay for today and still nothing. What do I do now? Just leave it and accept they don't want to see me?

Have you phoned them?

Have they got facebook or messenger or another way of contacting them? Maybe somethings wrong with their phone.

Is it a massive inconvenience to go to the meeting spot?

Phone them, it's an old fashioned concept, actually talking, but it works.

This is odd. I've arranged to meet a friend tomorrow morning and another this afternoon. If I can't make it, I'll let them know. If they can't, I'm sure they will do the same, no need to text them to remind them how to adult.
I won't speak to them until I see them. Are you usually anxious about meetups? Have you been let down badly in the past? Just relax and meet your friend like you arranged.

What's the normal routine for when you meet with her?

If I'm meeting my best friend, we'll always text to say we're leaving the house and are on the way.

But if I have cast iron plans with other frjends I just meet them there.
