I opened my taxfree childcare account recently. I have made two payments into it one with the faster payment option( transfer from my account ) an another with debit card payment option ( option available in the tax free childcare account) . First payment came showed in the TFCA the next day and the second one appeared immediately. I chose to make a payment to childcare provider and it shows as payment made in TFCA, however I got email saying that this payment has not been able to be made and that I should contact my bank. My bank account already show the money as gone . Can anyone shed some line in the timeline of the payments , or share their own experiences with this please . thanks in advance .
