Some weeks ago I ordered some clothes (for ds) from a fairly well known company. Everything duly arrived and in the package were extra items that I hadn’t ordered, didn’t pay for and weren’t on my receipt. I tried to find a contact no. to ask them to arrange pick up to no avail. So I packed them up with a note on the returns slip with all my details on and took them to the post office and promptly forgot about it.
Yesterday I received a catalogue from them in the post so checked my emails and my account but had heard nothing from them. AIBU to think it would have been nice to have received a message of thanks?
