to think I have mastitis after 9 months of feeding?

Hadn't fed my son for a few hours but that's normal. No change in routine. Have a blister that turned in to a crack on the end of my nipple. Very sore and bleeds every time I feed. Not able to feed from the other side. The side that is sore and I can feed from is solid, very painful, got a hard lump by my armpit. Feeding him did soften it up a bit but it still hurts.

Does this sound like engorgement? Or mastitis?

I got mastitis while bfing my lo best thing for me was to put hot water on a nappy (crazy I know but holds the heat really well) and then put it in my bra. There’s some gat creams for cracked nipples and it might be worth hand expressing to help relieve some of the milk. Good luck it’s super uncomfortable
