Sorry for posting here but I didn’t know where else to post, I’m not really a regular user, mainly just read the aibu and chat pages!
I’m a nurse and I have an interview this week for a clinical supervisor role, which would be training nursing associates/band 4s which are a band lower than myself.
I’m really anxious about the interview, I left my job when my son was born 3 years ago and have only worked as hoc on an agency since then to keep my hand in.
Please can anyone help me with what questions they might ask either specific or non specific to this role? Does anyone else do this role or have any knowledge or it?
