I went to a garden party today and between 3pm and 10pm I drank half a bottle of Prosecco and an ale.
I’m dreading tomorrow where I have to be on top form because when’re going on a ‘nice family day out’. My husband doesn’t drink and I don’t usually so I don’t want him to know that I’ll be feeling as rough as rats.

Any tips gratefully received!

Drink plenty of water. Not only will this help prevent dehydration, but you'll likely wake up in the middle of the night needing the loo. When you do, be sure to drink even more water.

Blimey - half a bottle of Prosecco and an ale? I'd be chuffed if I had abstained to that amount Having long hard look in mirror right now

Food before sleep! This is ESSENTIAL!

Even if it’s only a slice of toast! Anytime I don’t do this I feel like crap! Pint of water or squash before bed too and a multivitamin if you have one.

That wouldn’t be a warm up for me in hour one!

Take two tabs now and a glass of
Water and bobs your uncle!

Had a happy event yesterday and drank possibly 6-7 glasses of Prosecco (lost count) 2-3 g&ts and possibly 4 glasses of wine - I ate carbs before bed and drank loads of water and in night drank water - tbh I felt like sh!t today ha ha

Dioralyte all the way!

Drink one before bed with a pint of water and other in the morning, followed swiftly by a bacon sandwich, if you can stomach it. Works wonders!

Thank you! I’m feeling okay but I find the real hangover kicks in at about 3pm
Thank you
