When you rip the paper off and pull it out. I'll do it with my teeth if I've not recently washed my hands. They're never covered in shit or anything, just not freshly washed.
Or if it's a paper one without a cover I'll pick it up half way.
Will also press buttons with my knuckle not my finger tip.
