I've been given a supervisory position at Costa.
I'm making fucking mistakes everywhere. I cried in front of everyone, I've dropped a cup which smashed, I've tripped on tables and I feel like I'm getting in the way of other people trying to work.

My eyes won't stop watering and I want to walk out so bad!! I've been working since 5 and I've got a half hour break but I can't take anymore embarrassment

I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you. I once was fired from an accounts job where I was told two weeks was “more than enough time” to be familiar with all of the products they sold, all of their accounts processes and software and to be working at the speed of the rest of the team. This was all after minimal training and hardly anyone talking to me.
