AIBU to ask if you know where Toni & Guy is located in Westfield, Stratford

Woman on phone said it's in Westfield but outside.
I tend to get lost very easily in Westfield and have zero sense of direction.
So, say you walk up the main steps (the ones opposite the small shopping centre across the road), where do you go (more or less?).
I've tried asking security guards for directions in there before and I might as well have asked how to get to Timbuktu

I'll be under pressure for time to get there, so if you have any vague way to signpost me in the general direction it would be really helpful.

It's in the outside bit - if you get to Westfield via the tube you need to go up a floor. If you come across the bridge from the bus station you turn left at M&S and it's on the right as you walk down.

It’s on ‘The Street’ it’s next door to the casino, opposite TK Maxx. It’s not on the very ground floor. As you come out the tube go up one level and you’ll see it, it’s just along from Balans Soho.
