To think this is possible

To be cheated on after a 14 year marriage, to get together with someone new 4 months on and be blissfully happy? The marriage (You thought) was good and you adored your partner.

Sounds like classic rebound. Chances are it won’t last.

Trump is the POTUS. BoJo is the PM. Clearly ANYTHING is possible.

Of course it's possible, and fairly common I'd think.

FizzBuzzBangWoof · 28/07/2019 21:31

I don't see why it can't be possible

My best friend got cheated on after a 9 year relationship. They’d just bought a house and before they moved in she found out about the other woman. They broke up, she started seeing someone else 2 months later. At the time I thought it was crazy fast but 4 years later and they have a gorgeous one year old, and are completely loved up. It can work!

When I read your post I thought 'rebound' but then realised my husband was in your position 51/2 years ago- we met v soon after his marriage fell apart through his ex wife cheating. We were married 18 months later and are still as happy as ever.
