My boobs are enormous from breastfeeding. (or should I say boob. One doesn't produce milk. Yes, they look awful). I am struggling to find one that really holds me in place....

@Shoppingwithmother I don’t think you’d find a sister sized sports bra for a 46J in an average back size.

46J - 44JJ - 42K - 40L where do you go from there?

Shoppingwithmother · 29/07/2019 20:08

Yes, but my point is that a 40L should be a much better fit than a 46J, if you are not big in the body. The one I suggested is available in a 40L.

I agree Shoppingwithmother, but I would have thought a sports bra (more than any other) needed to be a good fit in the rib cage. For me, 34 is normal and 36 is definitely overweight, although I know everyone's different. If that poster is a 32-36 back, I think she’d need a custom made sports bra.

PlinkPlink · 29/07/2019 20:41

I go to bravissimo.

I started my pregnancy 32GG and ended up with 32L!!!!

I didnt do any working out for my.first year though so no need for sports bras. Just nursing bras for me.

I'm back to 32GG and using a fab sports bra from Bravissimo.

They're great with online orders and returns 👍

Shock Absorber Womens SA D+ Max Bra, N109 , Black, 36FF www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003ZHR0K8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Id1pDbGCFM5YS

I just got this today. It's great.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 29/07/2019 21:18

That's the one I got got today TrLa but I'm finding the seams around the back super itchy and pokey. Will that sort itself out?

Also my boobs feel extra hot!
It was pretty good on my run other than that.

CeramicCat567 · 29/07/2019 21:31

Any ideas where I can get a 34J/K sports bra!? It's near impossible to find bras with a small band with a large cup

Shoppingwithmother · 29/07/2019 21:49

CeramicCat, the one I recommended above, the Inspire by Bravissimo comes up to an L cup in a 34 back. It is underwired, which not everyone likes, but I do. I find it very good and keeps your boobs separate and therefore cooler I find than a non-wired sports bra.

muddledmidget · 29/07/2019 21:55

34F here and always M&S extra high impact underwired. I tried shock absorber and the underwiring jabbered me in the top of my arms to the point of losing skin. I didnt try any other sizes ie 32G to see if that helped, just went back to M&S.

Bob on fb

LaMainDeFatima · 29/07/2019 22:27

If you get fitted at bravssimo and know your size , I look out for the size on eBay as there are often wholesalers selling them brand new

DariaMorgendorffer · 29/07/2019 23:59

Enell.

PlinkPlink · 31/07/2019 15:45

Yes!!! @Shoppingwithmother

Underwire ones are far superior!! Individually cupped ones don't create that bizarre mono boob - what is with that?! Grin
