My boobs are enormous from breastfeeding. (or should I say boob. One doesn't produce milk. Yes, they look awful). I am struggling to find one that really holds me in place....

Don't have a tonne of money so can't afford super pricey ones.

Shock Absorber Run. It's the very, very best. I am large of nork and it keeps my attributes firmly in place on my chest.

ImFreeToDoWhatIWant · 28/07/2019 22:00

Shock Absorber are poor over about an F cup. Panache Ultimate Sports are excellent for G cup and above, my once HH's didn't move a millimetre in one of those beasts. But they are expensive, about £40.

Yearinyearout · 28/07/2019 22:01

How large? I love the M&S ones (I'm 36dd) they are supportive but also give some shape rather than squishing them flat.

LegoAndBooks · 28/07/2019 22:04

YANBU

But unfortunately I can’t help you (for obvious reasons) Blush

quitecontrary123 · 28/07/2019 22:05

Elomi. You can clip the straps together at the back for even more staying power.

TrailGrazer · 28/07/2019 22:06

I have sports bras from M&S that zip up at the front. SO comfy. I'll try and find a link.

AutumnCrow · 28/07/2019 22:06

Watching for ideas.

TestingTestingWonTooFree · 28/07/2019 22:07

What size are you?

Pineapplefish · 28/07/2019 22:08

Enell sports bra - my boobs don't move!

Westnorwood · 28/07/2019 22:08

Just changed from shock absorbers to this. Bloody brilliant for running. www.bravissimo.com/products/orbit-sports-bra-grey-mix-ln658gmx/

Littlecaf · 28/07/2019 22:08

Go get yourself fitted at Bravissimo. Fabulous bras and sports bras

OhYouBadBadKitten · 28/07/2019 22:12

plonking myself on the thread. I've been feeling that my shock absorber sports bra isn't really keeping my norks under full control.

PostNotInHaste · 28/07/2019 22:12

Nelly are brilliant but are expensive

24hourhomeedderandcarer · 28/07/2019 22:13

im to big for one as im a 46J/K
even evans and bravissimo are to small for me

in not obese i just have massive boobs

not that i do exercise mind but i got simply be as i was told they do big bra sizes(they go up to a 56L)even they dont do anything bigger than a F in sports bras

MissClareRemembers · 28/07/2019 22:16

@Westnorwood I’ve got that one and it’s great. My only criticism is that little gap in the bra above the boobage area. The neckline of my running vests are lower so I get a little peep of cleavage, which I’m not keen on.

ememem84 · 28/07/2019 22:16

I’ve heard good things about boobydo bras. Not sure what size they go up to though

I’m yet to try them myself as am waiting to have baby and then get back on the training train. Then I’m buying one.

Cohle · 28/07/2019 22:17

I like the Freya Epic, I do also like the Shock Absorber Run that was recommended upthread though.

penguingorl · 28/07/2019 22:23

I have a 32F Freya which is great. So far I've used it for treadmill and pilates. They are expensive so I got it from ebay, new without tags.

hereforit · 28/07/2019 22:37

I'm a 34 F! Thanks all. Going to do some serious googling!

Elomi are brilliant

VeganSteve · 28/07/2019 22:46

This one for running. It’s great, firm support, much more comfy than my old shock absorber

ColaFreezePop · 28/07/2019 22:51

Boobydo

Also you need to work out what sports you are doing as some bras don't suit some sports due to the extra metal or underwires.

madamim · 28/07/2019 22:54

I'm a 38J and have been wearing the Elomi brand for about 5 years, best bras ever. I buy on eBay x
