I’ve just paid £1400 for a dresser from this company. Below are my complaint and their reply. I’m fucking fuming at their ridiculous response. Not on is it? I’m not BU am I?

Ohhhhh that would make me SO ANGRY

Biancadelrioisback · 28/07/2019 12:00

I would not expect to need to touch up a £1400 piece of furniture as soon as I got it. I don't expect to need to touch up cheapy IKEA furniture!
Bizarre that that is 'okay' by their standards

TheQueef · 28/07/2019 12:00

Lazy arse didn't even read ten lines!

BigbreastsBiggerbeard · 28/07/2019 12:28

A very lazy response from them, as if they simply can't be bothered!

I wouldn't be happy at all.

FlyingTingTing · 28/07/2019 12:38

YANBU that is a shocking, lazy response.
I wouldn't let this go.

hairymclairie · 28/07/2019 12:43

Dear Laura, thank you for your reply. Perhaps my first email was unclear - I'm certainly not happy with the quality of this item. Regards.

No way I'd send that, so passive aggressive, but I'd totally want to!

AlexaAmbidextra · 28/07/2019 12:52

I wouldn't let this go.

Oh I certainly won’t!

That is enough to get an item replaced by Laura Ashley (I know as I have a couple of their returned items sitting in my kitchen with minute damage)

You can email and ask to reject it.
