As presumably a crazed mra, that would support his views 100% that women are hypocrites who dish it out but can't take it (words, maybe punches too).

There isn't a joke there, it doesn't make sense. He's just being intentionally provocative to grab attention. Also the food looks shit. It's not even a good picture.

It just doesn't work as a joke. It needs to be something like Punch your nan in the face for a steak, implying the steak is so good you'd do something terrible to get one. Punch your ex and get a steak is kinda win win.
