How soon would you cook after a stomach bug, assuming there is another capable adult or an older teenager who is capable of cooking in the house.

Friend says she'd carry on cooking.
I say wait until it's over.

Depends if you have a choice. If you have other people who can cook then yes definitely get them to do it but some people have no choice. Odd times I’ve caught the bug off my children but they are usually better by the time I have it and still want to eat 😭 (my Oh works all the time). Had no choice but to cook but they mainly lived in toast, chicken nuggets and biscuits 🤣 and ran around in the pants as I had no energy to dress them!

If they capable, the other household members should definitely cook though.
