Inconsiderate neighbours??

Six flats and we all share the freehold, yet they decide to smoke right outside my open bedroom window!

I told them I was closing the window as the smell of smoke was now inside my bedroom and they didn’t even look bothered.

How do people have such little consideration?!

Don’t you have some filthy old shoes or dusters that need shaking off out of the window? Obviously it would be a pity of the neighbours happened to be there but these things happen.

Or perhaps you are cleaning your windows with a spray and are a bit clumsy..

I'd have just asked them to move. Bring it up if you have a residents meeting. Some people are just thick and thoughtless.

a hanging basket with a fake plant...dripping with water....everytime they smoke outside your window.
Set off those stinky smoke bombs.

Window box and missing the box with a massive watering can? Well the water anyway.

Fit a smoke alarm just to alert them when they are smoking.

As you are a joint freeholder it seems you could agree to have a smoking area away from the flats if you don't already have one in place on your leases. What do other residents feel?
