Recurring earache, losing the will

I've had 6 ear infections in the past year and 3 in the last month. I'm currently on antibiotics for infection in my right ear.

Now my left one is kicking off again (last 2 infections were in left)

What can I do?? I'm honestly at the end of my tether with it. ENT referral has been made but obviously takes time. I can't cope with the constant pain anymore Sad

And I know I'm BU to use here for traffic, sorry.

That sounds awful! How is your health generally? I’d be tempted to boost your immunity as much as possible. All the fun stuff-less refined sugar, lots more veg, stay hydrated, reduce alcohol. Also supplement with probiotics, vitamin c, zinc and high dose vitamin d. Get more rest if that’s possible.
In children there is a link between chronic ear infections and fairy intolerance so eliminating dairy might be worth a try.

Haha! Dairy intolerance.
Fairies are obvs amazing for children and adults.

Thank god that was a typo, don't think I could give up fairies Grin

My health is generally ok, I do have an autoimmune disease but it's well managed and I've been free of flare ups for 2 years. I take daily multivitamins and probiotics, as well as iron as I'm currently anaemic. Diet could be better but isn't atrocious I don't think.

I don't have a lot of dairy but I'll try cutting it out, thank you.
