Was struggling with heavy periods and PMT after having DD last year so went on the mini pill (Cerelle) to try and regulate things a bit.
The periods and PMT have stopped altogether, which is great, but my hair is shedding at least 4x more than it used to. I'm scared to wash and brush it because every time I do I lose more and more.
I have been through some stress, but I find it very coincidental that the major hair loss started up about a month after I started the pill.
I've been on it for four months now and the shedding hasn't calmed down, so I've stopped it as of Mon. DH thinks I'm being daft and that I'm overplaying how much hair I'm losing, but I'm not - it's loads!
AIBU to think the pill can do this? Did anyone else notice this?
