Neighbours are unreasonable?

Six flats and service charge is VERY high. Practically the same as mortgage payment.

It’s prevented sales for at least 2 properties.

I’ve found a new company, met with director, researched them and they are at least 50% cheaper. Tried to set up meeting to include director for the other residents in my flat so it can be discussed properly

• one won’t even respond to my email
• one said you have to do all the admin with no help from her (I would anyway but thought that was a bit rude)
• the other said cheaper isn’t better and refuses to entertain the idea

That’s so annoying. Well done for taking the initiative - unfortunately lots of people are willing to throw money away for perceived effort. Keep trying, they’ll be so thankful when it pays off.
