To offer less on this house?

Viewed two houses - same road, both Victorian semis and both same amount of bedrooms, size garden etc.

One has been guttered and completely renovated to a good standard. Originally on at £250K but quickly dropped as couldn’t sell.

Now both are same price (£240K). The other one is very lived in, bathroom needs replacing, carpets etc but that would cost more than £10K.

So if I ever sold it’d be unlikely I’d make any profit on it. Aibu?

guttered and completely renovated

not necessarily a good thing with a victorian house.

same number of fireplaces? period doors, stained glass?

Neither really has these.

The more lived in one has a fireplace but whether it’s the original I genuinely don’t know.
