Just had a mammoth two and a half hour journey home from work on the tube and bus because all trains have stopped running to my station. Sweating in places I didn’t know I had sweat glands. Just taken all of my clothes off and flopped on the sofa with the fan on.

DH is at work and DC are at my MILs so they are not exposed to my display

I had a cold bath when I got home, and put on my nightshirt and got an iced drink out of the fridge.

Dangs, I don't do babies, I have not a maternal bone - or any other tissue - in my body. And this sofa is only a few months old, so there isn't enough bodily effluvia in it to support life.

Wingingit, when I got home yesterday I had a nap and then a shower. When I got undressed I had to peel my bra off - and I am not big in the boob department.

35 weeks with twins here and been naked since 1pm

I am currently sat in my underwear in front the fan because it is so hot .I don't give one jot , it is my house and i am actually debating sitting in my garden as i have a very high wall all round so not overlooked by neighbour's , completely private. But it could of course be the one rare night a helicopter goes over as we are on a regular flight path for them 🤣.
