That grown men don’t look good in skinny jeans?

My friend’s brother, good looking slimish bloke in his 40’s, usually wears bootleg or straight leg jeans that he looks good in. Today he was wearing skinny jeans and it was HORRIBLE. All tight down his leg and he'd suddenly developed these weird womans hips …. I couldn’t help but shudder. I’m not a fan of anyone male or female above 14 years old in the skinnies, and I'm not trying to be funny. But seriously… am I the only person in the world who thinks they look particularly terrible on grown blokes???!!.

and blokes' shoes just seen bigger than they would normally do. Too sharp contrast between how tight it is around the ankle and the protruding shoe.

This thread is a tad outdated... skinny jeans are moving out of fashion, and the shoes with no socks thing was a few years back.

For young men I prefer super skinnies than thve opposite fashion- showing the waist band of their underpants and half their pants. I suspect my 18yo Ds likes super skinnies as it's more obvious what shoes he's wearing and they are always pricier than his jeans. (He's not bothered by branded jeans but spends up to £200 of his own wages on a pair of shoes)

I agree with PP young Mick Jagger types. It's not about, 'yes', if you're thin 'no' if your big. Men with 'snake hips', thin but muscular probably but that's not many men!

Yes, we all know we can wear what we wish but we are clearly talking about what looks good. I don't think it's to do with age but to do with the size and shape of a person's figure.

As a PP showed, skinny jeans don't look good when it shows a penis squashed down one leg. People with fat bellies can have skinny legs but they don't look good in skinny jeans.

I don't know why there is a fashion in types of jeans. There should always be all types of jeans available to flatter different figures.

Skinny jeans are never going out of fashion, at least for women, just like leggings aren't. People like wearing them and actually don't give a fuck what other people think.

Nearly all the men on the most recent series of First Dates turned up in skinny jeans/no socks, and I cringed at every single one, they looked ridiculous.
