to be astonished at the price of iPods?

I'm of the original iPod generation - treasured my baby blue Ipod mini!- and I thought about getting one for DD to take on holiday.

Then I saw the prices

£300 for an iPod!

May as well buy a second hand iPhone 6, got mine for £100.

I thought they didn't make them anymore? If that's the case they'll be super pricey.

Well they're retro now so probably have a premium!

Still make them, I think they're really more or less iPhones. £199 for the cheapest one , the top of the range is £399.

I saw a couple at CEX and they weren't that high. I bought an original first gen one for £30 about three years ago and ended up giving to my mam as as I didn't use it. Every now and then she asks me to put some music on but other than that she has it connected to a speaker and is very happy with it.
