AIBU to expect him to be a bit more interested in my job search?

Job hunting atm and managed to bag an interview for a company I really want to work for. OH 36 (together 2 years) is away with work so naturally very busy, so I'm not sure if IAMBU?

When I told him yesterday I got an interview with said company he just replied saying 'good stuff'. AIBU to expect him to show a bit more interest e.g 'When is it?' It happens to be today so I told him this later in the evening yesterday after he said no more on the subject and he replied saying 'Good luck!' Still no 'what time is it?' or 'let me know how it goes etc....'
My interview has come and gone today and he's not even mentioned it despite me texting him this morning and asking him what his day is looking like for him.
Am I wrong thinking maybe he should at least show a bit of interest, such as when is the interview??

YANBU. He should, all things considered, still take an interest in this sort of stuff even if he is busy with work. By the looks of it it seems like you're talking to him through text? I'd suggest trying to get hold of him on a call, conversation should flow easier.

If he wasn't so busy I would. He tends to be entertaining in the evenings and not back until late!
