To ask for advice on how not to feel like I've just eaten a Christmas dinner all the time

Only 28weeks pregnant. Ages to go. PGP is really bad along with sciatica.
But the thing that's getting to me is just sitting down! I feel like I've eaten a huge meal (When I havent) all the time. What can I do? I'm so uncomfortable I'm finding it hard to concentrate at work
(Not first pregnancy, just first one where I started slightly overweight and if I could would lose that unhealthy weight whilst gaining baby weight!)

The heart beat thing I remember sitting there thinking jeez shut up! To myself but I think that was earlier in my pregnancy. No idea about the rest of it - you sound a bit funny about weight- I ask this nicely but do you have any history of ED? could be your mind playing tricks on you.

Get your blood pressure checked. I had pre eclampsia at 28 weeks and I remember thinking how loud my pulse was and a feeling of fullness (and severe pain in my upper abdomen). I had no idea that I had it as i didn't have any of the well known symptoms. I ended up in hospital for 2 months, however, so i am very grateful that i happened to have a routine midwife appointment a few days later where it was picked up.
Hopefully this isn't what you are describing, but it is a good idea to get checked out, all the same.

Im not that funny anout weight- but i think i phrased it a bit weirdly here. Just annoyed that I didn't get back into shape before getting pregnant. It was easier last time!
I've messaged midwife to see if I can see her sooner.
Just feels too "full" and uncomfortable for so early.
And I can feel my veins in my neck throbbing
Last check up I had my usual low blood pressure so hopefully it's not preeclampsia! But will get checked.

Thanks
Off to chug some Gaviscon!

I’m 21 weeks and also feel constantly full. I also get this sense of my bump being really tight, if that makes sense? No idea what causes it or how to stop it! I don’t eat huge meals any longer but I do have several snacks in the daytime - perhaps that isn’t helping? (Though they say that more smaller meals is supposed to be good in pregnancy…)

Anyway, sorry no advice, but I’m definitely feeling similar, OP!
