To request another doctors appt?

I have also posted on Childrens Health but posting here for traffic.

DD had a stomach bug on the 5th. Since then, she has vomited at least once every day, she has mustard coloured diarrhoea and now has developed a mucousy cough. The doctor I saw on the Friday just gone said "the weather can do that to babies" . I'm having to use two nappies to contain everything.

Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be that I can take to the doctors? I normally have to do my own research to present to the doctor before they take me seriously so any help would be appreciated!

Warm weather can cause this so can food poisoning - good of him to check. It is not reasonable to leave it this long as if its constant there is severe risk of dehydration. Personally I would just go straight to A&E as I think dehydration is the highest risk

Thanks for you reply. The doctor said all the standard checks were fine; temp and heart rate, etc. He said she wasn't dehydrated and I have been keeping up her fluids but I'm really concerned that as I'm having to double up nappies every day as they just leak
