The poster didn't say Meghan was chunky. She said she wasn't chunky. Meaning the Middletons are so thin that they would make most people look big in comparison.

Prince Charles has always said he wants a slimmed down core royal family which will mean George, at a push Charlotte (as potential future Princess Royal). Louis wouldn't be a core royal, so why not have another one.

I'm not exactly a Kate fan but I think it is nasty to start a thread about suspecting her of being pregnant. It's their own business if they have more DC. It's utterly ridiculous to think anyone else's opinion will matter to them.

I just do normal squats, good form and making sure I go deep, feet just outside of hip width. Knees don't go past your toes. (Youtube has videos of how to do a proper squat).

I do 3 sets of 33. I started with three sets of ten and built up over 14 days. A few more each day.

When I come up out of each squat I squeeze my bum cheeks and then when standing I do an arm lift (just sticking arms up in the air and back down again, then go back down in to the next squat, slow and steady)

I suddenly noticed a few days ago when doing kegels I can clench much longer, harder and tighter and when I pull it really tight it pulls the bottom of my abs in 😳 and without being crass it really is a much 'stronger' clench inside too. It's the only thing I've changed and my physio friend said it's all connected 😱

I realised I haven't leaked in a while and just hadn't noticed or thought about it.

And people have talked about Will's receding hairline and made unpleasant comments on Harry's paternity based on his appearance for a long time.

Oh also I tighten my core when going down and up from the squat too. And when I go down I dip my pelvis forwards a little.not sure if that helps but it's working 🤷

Not saying that you're wrong, it sounds like you have that gift of being able to spot a preggo, but I don't think this picture is proof of anything.

She never had HG. Their PR put that out there hours after she went to hospital with bad morning sickness during her first pregnancy, before she’d actually been diagnosed with anything, then tried very hard to walk it back when stories describing how serious a condition it is came out. Her doctors press statement at the time made no mention of it, and it’s never been brought up again.

that has been reported quite a few times. It's a shame, because it minimise the genuine problem faced by women who really suffer.

The fact that Kate couldn't risk be seen anywhere while suffering from morning sickness should be obvious. No need to exaggerate, the woman is entitled to some privacy when she is not feeling well!
