To be curious as to what Kate Cambridge eats and how she exercises?

Totally superficial I know but I think she looks absolutely fantastic.

If I could squat down in high heels to talk to a child and then effortlessly stand straight back up without falling on my arse or having to roll onto my hands and knees to stand up, I'd be quite happy with myself.

She is strong. She's not 'far too thin'.

Herself and her sister have similar figures. They've always had similar figures.

My friend went like this after children, slim as a whippet. Looking at photos of her and Meghan alongside each other she was half the size of Meghan who is looking good for a new mum btw. The only concerning thing I noticed the other week was she has no bum now, my anorexic friend was the same.

She looks nice, but that is her job. So she is probably working on her figure while the rest of us are working m/ doing house work. A lot of very wealthy women have the same figure as her. It looks great at the moment but she will need more padding as she ages.

She's reputed to play a lot of tennis and she has always been sporty so I assume she has a personal trainer etc.

She looks lovely but I personally don't envy her figure, a little too thin for me but there are all sorts of bodies. Some women would be very unhealthy at her size but I think she's probably fine given that she seemed to have no problems getting pregnant and having three children.

If I envy the royals for anything, it's their ability to eat the very best, healthiest food, have luxurious spa treatments and sleep in peace as well exercising/playing sports as much as they want. I'd like to think that I'd look like (a very short) Halle Berry if I had those resources

I am sure I am not the only person on this thread who will remember their mums or the grans or even great grannies making sure the whole family ate before them as they were the least important even though many were also working full time and probably doing all the housework

Thing is this thread and ones like it are probably why she is so thin. If you knew people were going to be dissecting your appearance, it would be a huge incentive to leave the cake. Most people are thinnest st their weddings. She’s got that pressure times 1000.

That said, one of my friends is really tall and naturally underweight. She’s got a catwalk model body. She eats loads but was struggling to keep her weight stable when breastfeedingand was getting too thin. So people like this so naturally exist. I am very jealous!

doesn't stop some "feminists" stuffing themselves because they're equal. Men need, on average, more calories. It doesn't make women less important...It doesn't mean it's true for the entire population in the whole wide world, but it usually is.

I’m a size 6 and I’ve been in the same room as Kate - she’s far tinier than me. Probably a 0 or 00. She’s gorgeous but exceptionally tiny.

That's interesting because according to many posters on here, they regularly see loads of women the same size as Kate, some even think they are the same size as Kate...

She is well above average height for a woman, so that probably helps. I was surprised when I encountered her waxwork image at Madame Tussaud. I'm 5ft 6 and her model towered over me. And I think they usually work off the correct height for the models.

I have no idea what exercise she does but she follows the Dukan diet

She's very beautiful and clearly very strong and super fit.

She's also lean as a whippet and I reckon I've only ever seen a handful of people with as low body fat as her in my whole life. I'm a member of a decent London gym and I've never seen anyone as lean as her.

She’s looking very thin these days. I know she is naturally incredibly slim, but if you compare her now to her university days she used to carry a little more weight. I have no idea what her health / diet / exercise regime is like but I hope she is well.

This for me too. She has lost weight since being in the public eye (at uni). Fine if she's become more health conscious/if that's just her genetic makeup /whatever else, but I'd think that was quite rare.
