To be curious as to what Kate Cambridge eats and how she exercises?

Totally superficial I know but I think she looks absolutely fantastic.

@formerbabe I don't think the thinner the better at all, for me the most desirable weight is the weight I comfortably fall at naturally and don't have to work out 50 times a week to maintain! Happiness is my #1 goal with my body image and I've finally got to a good place.

Because she looks perfectly happy and content to me.

formerbabe you are continuously disbelieving posters who say they are slim and know people who are, demanding photographic proof and indicating that people who are slim are fighting to be that way because they hate themselves.

Although my username is probably a large reason as to why I'm not large- I drink SO MUCH WATER everyday, like 2.8L usually! As well as only sticking to black coffee. I don't drink sugary things and have the odd smoothie occasionally when I'm out as an on the go snack.

I've hated my body for years, I was bullied in school for being my weight. People called me anorexic and 'too thin' despite me having a normal bmi and eating like a horse as a teen 😂

People don't realise that thin shaming is just as damaging as fat shaming. I was depressed and suicidal over the bullying.

@formerbabe seems to have disappeared since I've shown a pic of my body, it must be the first time she's seen someone slim that's not a celeb! 😂

Why care what others look like? Their lives are totally different and non comparable to ours.
Personally I think she has a boyish figure and and some of her choices of very expensive designer clothes do not do a lit for her. Even she does wear them 2 or 3 times they still work out ridiculous at cost per wear.

I have friends who are in their mid 40s with similar body as Kate. They are healthy exercise and are quite disciplined with what they eat but don’t eat disorderly. My body could never look like that because I just don’t have that type of body.

Slightly but my legs didn't look like that when I was 20 before digital photos were invented either 😂🤷🏻‍♀️.
