I have just finished the Me Before You series and have serious book hangover. I've started The Silent Patient but still too hung up on my last book. Whats everyone reading?

Just finished The House We Grew Up In by Lisa Jewell - absolutely brilliant! I read it in a day and a half, literally couldn’t put it down.

With all these influences why TV dramas seem so limited in choice befuddles me.

I loved it too @missyB1

Just started Claire Mackintosh’s new book After the End. I got it from the library.
It has very good reviews, and I enjoyed her other books, so I am hopeful.

The Soddit by A. R. R. R Roberts Grin

The new inspector Rebus, just started this morning, can't remember the title. I like Ian Rankin's writing and summer for me is all about detective novels.

@TapasForTwo , are you reading Anne Lister? What do you make of her so far?

haverhill · 16/07/2019 13:25

Just finished Poppy Shakespeare, which was very good. The Dr Ruth Galloway books by Ellie Griffiths are excellent light-ish murder mysteries.

MrHaroldFry · 16/07/2019 13:32

Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty.

Pepperstripe · 16/07/2019 13:35

The Moon Sister - Lucinda Riley
