To say that mastitis relief is better than sex!

I am in a state of complete and utter relief and thankfulness at my clever little boobie bug! I've had my first experience of mastitis for three days and genuinely thought the flu pains would kill me! My 9 day old little star just woke up for a feed a little bit extra hungry and sucked the blockage right out the bugger! I literally feel tingly all over with the let down and milk releasing behind the blockage.

I'm sure that was a riveting read for you all at 2:45am but I'm so thrilled I had to share!

Thank you for replying and reminding me others go through it too. He's my third child but first BF so this is new to me and it's the first bump in the road so to speak. Hoping I notice the bump of a blocked duct earlier next time!
