Half a mil for Tynemouth? My ex was studying archaeology and had to do a dig on Tynemouth beach, they had to check and clear syringes/drug paraphernalia every morning before they could start again!

Never come across anything dodgy despite going there hundreds of times. As someone says, possibly it’s on many beaches, I dunno.

Tynemouth is lovely. Out of all the times I've been there and played there as a child, I have never seen any junkies kicking about.. they'd look very out of place.
